I think we all felt we wished we had been there too. We've just finished chapter 2 & begun 3. We spent a while discussing friendship & then trying to explain why Jesus lived & died!! Not easy in a short time. Should I also include the Wednesday group? We don’t have a name so I’ll just call us the Wednesday afternoon Bible study. We’ve been studying Philippians as a follow on from Alpha. Our profile is quite interesting. Of the 8 of us who meet, 2 are non Church people & 2 are not from our fellowship so it makes for a good time of cross discussion. Everyone is welcome so if you’re around on the last Wednesday of any month we’d love to see you at Hope Cottage. Yes, I’d love to hear about the other house groups.
